PRODUCTION STEPS
A fastener comes in a wide range of types and sizes, however the basic production process generally remains the same. The production process of a screw or a bolt starts from 'Cold Heading' to 'Thread Rolling', followed by some extra steps if necessary (i.e Trimming, Slotting, Cutting and Tapping). In this process, our trained and dedicated workers is one of the key points in improving our production efficiency.
IN-HOUSE HEAT TREATMENT PROCESS

To improve strength of our fasteners, the next process is the heat treatment. There are five basic heat treating processes: hardening, case hardening, annealing, normalizing, and tempering. Although each of the process brings different results in metal, all of them involve three basic steps: heating, soaking, and cooling. Our in-house heat treatment process guarantee our products to deliver optimal strength.
SURFACE PLATING
Surface Plating is the process of covering the surface of a component with a thin layer of metal. Electroplating–a metal plating process by hydrolysis–offers many benefits for our fasteners, from corrosion resistance to aesthetic purposes. For a more environmentally friendly alternative, our subcontractor also supports Trivalent Chromium Plating.
QUALITY CONTROL
In our quality control laboratory we test samples from each production cycle to ensure our final products meet the required quality standards. Good screws, bolts and nuts must have the strength to endure specified impacts and torques.
PACKING
Equipped with our automatic sorting machine and experienced team, we only pack high-quality products for our customers. Different packaging materials are carefully chosen and labeled to prepare our products for the delivery process.
DELIVERY
The packaged products are stored in our warehouse based on FIFO inventory management. Our large-capacity and organized warehouse ensures constant supply to our customers.
